Our General Conditions of Sale apply to all our services, orders, payments as well as the shipment of goods.

All site content, including texts, images, communications, videos, sounds, illustrations, but also trademarks, logos and domain names are the property of Keyla. Photos are subject to copyright by Thea Moser our photographer.

Any unauthorized use will result in legal action against you. For personal, non-commercial purposes you are permitted to view, print and download content from the site only on the condition that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on such pages.

Keyla reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction on the online site www.keylaequestrian.com at the time of the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any changes. When you place an order with us, you therefore acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted our T&Cs.

Account :

By creating a customer account with us, be sure to provide us with true and up-to-date personal data before placing an order. This information will be used for billing, delivery or to contact you with any questions we may have. You are responsible for keeping your email address and password confidential. Our general conditions of sale also apply to the opening of an account, we reserve the right to delete an account if it is not acceptable and not in the interest of Keyla.

Product:

All products offered on the www.keylaequestrian.com website are available for sale within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of an article after validation of your order, because of an unavailable article other problem an e-mail will be sent to you. In this case we take care of your refund as well as the cancellation of the unavailable item.

Payment :

Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from Keyla which makes your order final. Your order will be recorded by the payment system, which will serve as formal proof.

Pre-order:

The pre-order makes it possible to reserve a product before being marketed. If the size does not suit you, we accept returns provided they are in good condition, ie unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Price :

The prices are indicated in Swiss francs CHF. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price. Shipping costs are not included in the prices indicated on the products. The final amount will be indicated to you at the last stage of payment when your order is finalized.

Keyla reserves the right to change the price of products. The prices appear at the time of the validation of the order.

Deliveries:

For any delivery outside Switzerland, administration and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. The final prices of the order are indicated before the execution of the order.

In the event of an error on your part during an order, you have the possibility of canceling it before payment.

Keyla reserves the right to refuse an order for just cause.

The just reasons are: product not available in stock, incorrect or unverifiable bank details, suspicion of fraud.

Payment is made by credit card, Paypal or Twint. We do not make invoices, all orders must be paid before sending.

Promo code:

Promotional codes must be used by a single person and for a single order. They cannot be refunded, exchanged, sold or accumulated with other promotional codes. Promotional codes can only be used on our website www.Keylaequestrian.com

Keyla reserves the right to cancel a promotional code if it is not used, in accordance with the above.
